Notes: 10/7/03 - Well, this SeaBee raises the average total time for the SeaBee fleet! The owner has flown it 2000-hours over the past 20-years. It is based on Long Island, and he has been all over the place in it including the Bahaman Islands, at 105-MPH! And he still has the ole Franklin! Note how the main wheel is tucked in there behind the wing strut.
This aircraft was built as NC6052K, and was then Canadian CF-MYG before being registered as N283GM.
I got this shot at the 2003 International Seaplane Fly-In, at Moosehead Lake, Greenville, Maine. If you like the sights and sounds of seaplanes, it's a good place to fill your eyes and ears! |
