| Notes:06-21-03 - N8407 had Hamilton Standard ground adjustable props at this time. No pitch adjustment, no feathering! Note the BT-13 to the left of the tail. There's a good chance it was purchased for the value of the engine for use on the Tri-Motor, as that sort of thing happened a lot back then. Note also the tail of the TBM firefighter on the right, and the very top of a C-46 cockpit over the cockpit of the Ford. This is the Tri-Motor presently operated by the EAA for passenger hopping. |
